So today's the day.
26 years ago, my delightful mother gave birth to me amid much pain, no doubt.
In the immortal words of Ben Affleck, I just have one thing to say:
"Go Bankie, it's your birthday!"(Complete with hand movements)
Can't wait for Jersey Girl.
UPDATE
Some lovely souls sent me some flowers today. 2 bunches, in fact. The problem is, one bunch came unsigned and another was strategically signed but could have come from anyone who knows me well. If it was you, let me know.. I don't know who to thank!
But someone got it right with the tulips.. they're my favourite.
