Christmas parties should be banned.
No, really. At this time of year, everyone goes absolutely mental, tempers are frayed and insecurities seem apparent. Why on earth would you throw alcohol into the mix and make everyone lose their inhibitions?! This morning I had to do the walk of shame into the office. Considered quitting, but oh well. Everyone goes a little nuts sometimes, right?
Spent the entire weekend in bed recovering from a goddamn horrific hangover (see above). I vaguely remember drinking 1/2 price cocktail jugs (Mojito's are lethal!) and someone racing me to finish one. The good side of this was that I watched the first series of The Office and made myself feel better by laughing a lot. (And today I went and bought series 2)
Urgh. So need about a week off.
