Phew.. its been a while!
My mum has been and gone, but god love her I am so glad to have my own space back!
Paris was a great city.. completed polluted and the reputation of the French is very true, but all in all it was a terrific experience and definately my best trip since getting here. Hopefully will have some pictures soon...
I started my new job this week and its been a fairly nerve wrecking experience. There's so much to learn about the company and the people in it that I still haven't finished meeting everyone and to date have not done any work yet. I really just want to dive in and start coding, but no joy. My time for the next two weeks has been assigned to meetings. I must have bad karma or something.
Some upheavals in my personal life too, although I think I have all that ironed out now. For today anyway. So stop worrying! :)
My best bud Matt is off travelling for the next 2 weeks and I'm sooo jealous. It wasn't too long ago I was travelling myself, but I guess I just miss having the time to do what I want. (Instead of having to do pesky things like work.. hehehe)
In other news.. David Blaine came down the other day. I can't believe he survived 44 days.. and I also cannot believe how much I care! Ahh well, at least London Bridge tube will be easier to use now.
