Its shaping up to be Britain's hottest
day on record, and in the middle of it I'm moving house.
The move itself went well - the minicab driver picked me up in a Torago-style van, right on
time. He takes one look at 6 garbage bags full of clothes, 2 suitcases and 2 boxes and
tells me I should have rented a van. God, can I collect stuff!
Driving through London from where I lived in Brockley, I got to see a bit of how London is
laid out. I don't really use busses much, and the tube map is geographically inaccurate so I don't really know where things are in relation to real life - if I have to go somewhere that doesn't have a tube I have a minor freak out. (See map below for my most frequently visited places).
